The tender only package allows you to use our expertise to create the documents for you to take away and run your own project knowing you have everything covered.
With the tender only package even if your experience is limited you will have enough detail to make sure your contractors are pricing all the works required so you have no hidden surprises.
Contract Administration Package
With the contract administration package you have all our expertise in the planning and administration of construction contracts. This can include the tendering process for your chosen contractor and providing support where issues may arise such as time delays and failure to fulfill works.
We can issue payment certificates and provide a completion certificate following the successful completion of your project.
Project Management Package
With our full project management package we provide full support of onsite management. Projects Plus will carry out all pre-construction checks, issue contracts, manage payments and provide and oversee the project timeline.
You will be provided with regular agreed update reports so you are always kept up to date whether you are near or far from the project.
We will oversee every aspect of the project to make sure all tasks are being met to a high standard and within the agreed time frame.
